The George Pegg Botanic Garden is a provincial historic resource, preserving the legacy of the Pegg Family homestead and the botanical work of George Pegg. The 5 acre site includes a garden of mature native and introduced species, the Pegg family log home, and a small nature trail. For Alberta Open Farm Days visitors: -a quiet walk in the country -space to set up a picnic lunch -scenic settings for photographers

Farm rules
1. Open 7 days a week in August, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM 2. Grassed paths throughout. This is a rural location with uneven footing 3. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash and be attended at all times 4. Wheelchair accessible washrooms 5. The public parking lot is a 100 m walk from the main site 6. Please come prepared with your own drinking water, sunscreen, insect repellent, sturdy footwear, and anything else you might require to enjoy your visit. 7. Due to COVID-19 access to some of our buildings is restricted
